What exactly does Pure Clean Valet Trash do?
We provide doorstep waste and recycling collection for multifamily communities, plus on-demand junk and bulk-item removal for property managers and residents. Five to seven nights per week, our uniformed technicians collect sealed trash bags placed outside each participating unit and transport them directly to the property’s compactor or dumpster, eliminating the sight, smell, and liability of residents hauling waste through shared spaces.
What are residents required to do?
Residents place securely tied, leak-proof bags inside a property-issued container outside their unit door during the published set-out window. Bags exceeding our weight limit, loose items, hazardous materials, and oversized boxes are not permitted under standard service, these are handled through our junk removal division.
How is junk and bulk removal handled?
Junk removal is a separate, scheduled service for items outside the scope of nightly valet, furniture, mattresses, appliances, move-out debris, construction leftovers, and estate cleanouts. We provide flat-rate quotes by photo or on-site assessment, haul same-day or next-day in most service areas, and provide disposal documentation including recycling and donation diversion where applicable.
Are you the right fit for every community?
No, and we are direct about that. Pure Clean is built for Class A and well-managed Class B properties whose ownership values documentation, presentation, and accountability over the lowest available bid. If price is the only criterion, a discount vendor will serve you adequately. If the condition of your corridors is a reflection of your asset, we are built for you.
How do residents or property managers reach you?
Property management has a dedicated account manager reachable by direct line, email, and our portal. Residents reach us through the management office or the contact information printed on their container and welcome materials, we do not route resident issues around the management relationship.
