Trash goes in the provided valet trash bin (typically a 13-gallon container with a secure lid) placed just outside the resident’s front door, against the wall — never blocking walkways, stairs, or breezeways.

Frequently asked questions
How does valet trash service work?
Valet trash (also called doorstep waste collection) is a service where residents place their tied trash bags in a designated bin outside their door on scheduled evenings, and our uniformed service team collects and transports it to the property’s main compactor or dumpster. Pickups typically happen 5 nights per week, Sunday through Thursday, between 8 PM and 11 PM. Residents never have to walk to the dumpster, and property managers get a cleaner community with higher resident satisfaction.
What nights is trash picked up?
We service properties Mondays through Friday evenings, with pickups starting at 8 PM. Saturday and Sunday nights are off so residents and our team can enjoy weekends. Specific schedules are set per property during onboarding.
What can I put in my valet trash bin?
Standard household trash in tied bags, kitchen waste, packaging, non-recyclable items. All trash must be in sealed, tied bags (no loose trash) to keep our team safe and your hallway clean.
What if it's raining or there's bad weather?
We service in all standard weather conditions. In severe weather (hurricanes, ice storms, lightning), we may delay service by one night and notify the property, your trash will still be collected, just a few hours later than usual.
