How does this work with our existing municipal trash pickup?
We work alongside your city or county pickup schedule, not instead of it. We collect bags door to door and deposit them into your neighborhood’s designated waste area or dumpster. Municipal trucks still handle bulk haul-away on their normal schedule, we just eliminate the part homeowners dislike most.
Who do we contact as an HOA board if there's an issue?
You get a direct point of contact, a real person, not a support ticket. If a home was missed, a complaint comes in, or you need to adjust service, you call or text one number and get a response within 24 hours.
